Rebel Mystic Policies and Terms

GENERAL TERMS

Payment

Payment is required to reserve your appointment, event, training, or coaching program unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Payment plans, when offered, require timely payments according to the agreed schedule. Services may be postponed or suspended if payments become past due.

​

Confidentiality

Your privacy is important. Information shared during sessions, coaching, or training will be kept confidential except where disclosure is required by law or when necessary to help prevent imminent harm to yourself or others.

​

Wellness Disclaimer

All Rebel Mystic services are intended to support personal growth, relaxation, and overall well-being. They are complementary services and are not a substitute for medical care, psychotherapy, counseling, mental health treatment, or advice from a licensed healthcare professional.

Personal Responsibility

Participation in any Rebel Mystic service is voluntary. You accept full responsibility for your own decisions, actions, health, and well-being before, during, and after your participation.

 

LIFE COACHING

Nature of Coaching

Life coaching is a collaborative process designed to support personal growth, clarity, accountability, and goal achievement. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, medical treatment, legal advice, or financial advice.

Client Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the decisions you make and the results you create through coaching. While Rebel Mystic is committed to supporting your growth, no guarantees are made regarding specific outcomes or results.

​

Payment

Coaching sessions and packages must be paid in full before services begin unless a payment plan has been agreed upon.

​

If you enroll in a payment plan, automatic payments may be required. Sessions may be postponed until outstanding balances are paid. Accounts that remain unpaid for more than seven (7) days may result in suspension or termination of coaching services.

​

Commitment & Refunds

Choosing a coach is an important decision. A complimentary consultation is available to help determine whether we're a good fit before committing to a coaching package.

​

Individual coaching sessions are non-refundable.

​

Coaching packages are generally non-refundable due to the time, preparation, and ongoing support provided. However, if both client and coach mutually determine that coaching is no longer appropriate or goals have been achieved sooner than expected, available options may be discussed at Rebel Mystic's discretion.

​

Rescheduling

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule a coaching session.

​

Missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be forfeited and are not eligible for a refund.

​

Termination

Either party may end the coaching relationship at any time. Outstanding balances remain the client's responsibility. Any refunds, if applicable, will follow the Commitment & Refund Policy above.

 

REIKI & SOUND HEALING

Nature of Services

Reiki and sound healing are complementary wellness practices intended to promote relaxation, stress reduction, energetic balance, and overall well-being.

Medical Disclaimer

Reiki practitioners and sound healing facilitators do not diagnose illness, prescribe treatment, or replace medical or psychological care.

​

Please consult a licensed healthcare professional regarding any physical or mental health concerns. Reiki and sound healing are intended to complement - not replace - appropriate medical care.

​

Client Responsibilities

Please inform your practitioner of any relevant medical conditions, injuries, pregnancy, medications, or psychological concerns prior to your session.

​

If your appointment takes place in your home or another private location, you are responsible for providing a safe environment for the practitioner.

​

During Your Session

Some clients experience warmth, tingling, emotional release, deep relaxation, or other physical or emotional sensations during or after a session. These experiences vary and are considered a normal part of energy healing.

Please communicate any discomfort or concerns during your session.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund.

• Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice, subject to availability.

• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice are non-refundable.

• Missed appointments (no-shows) are non-refundable.

• Completed services are non-refundable.

Late Arrivals

Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to avoid impacting subsequent appointments. Sessions will conclude at their originally scheduled end time, and the full session fee still applies.

​

Waiver of Liability

By participating in Reiki or sound healing services, you voluntarily accept responsibility for your participation and release Rebel Mystic, LLC and Erin Jacobsen from liability for claims, injuries, losses, or damages arising from your participation, except where prohibited by law.

 

REIKI TRAINING

Registration

Your seat is reserved once payment has been received.

What's Included

Unless otherwise stated, Reiki training includes:

• Printed training manual

• Reiki attunement(s)

• Hands-on practice

• Certificate of completion

• Light refreshments

• Ongoing support following training

Attendance

Please arrive on time and plan to attend the full training.

Full attendance is required to receive your certificate of completion.

​

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Due to limited class sizes, preparation, and printed materials, Reiki training registrations are non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your registration to a future training. Transfers may be approved at Rebel Mystic's discretion and are not guaranteed.

​

Training Environment

Reiki training is intended to provide a respectful, supportive learning environment. Participants are expected to respect the privacy, experiences, and personal boundaries of fellow students.

 

RM COLLECTIVE​

What's Included

• Two 30-minute Tune-Ups each month

• 15% off all private Reiki & Sound Healing sessions

• Member pricing on public Rebel Mystic events ($24 per event)

• One guest pass per calendar quarter

 

Membership Policies

​

Tune-Ups

• Two Tune-Ups are included each calendar month.

• Tune-Ups are 30 minutes and may include Reiki, sound healing, or a combination based on your needs that day.

• Appointments must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability.

• Unused Tune-Ups expire at the end of each calendar month.

• Tune-Ups have no cash value and cannot be transferred.

​

Discounts

• Member discounts are available only while your membership is active.

• Member event pricing cannot be used for collaboration events.

• Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions or offers.

​

Guest Pass

• One guest pass is included each calendar quarter.

• Guest passes are valid for eligible Rebel Mystic public events only.

• Unused guest passes expire at the end of each calendar quarter.

​

Scheduling

• Tune-Ups must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

• Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice, will be considered used for that month.

​

Billing & Cancellation

• Membership is billed automatically each month through Stripe.

• Membership automatically renews until canceled.

• A minimum of 14 days' written notice is required to cancel your membership.

• Cancellation requests received fewer than 14 days before your next billing date will take effect after the following billing cycle.

• Membership benefits remain active through the end of your paid billing period.

• Payments are non-refundable and cannot be prorated.

• Failure to use your included membership benefits does not entitle you to a refund or credit.

Changes to Membership

• Rebel Mystic reserves the right to modify membership benefits, pricing, or policies with at least 30 days' notice to active members.

​

PHOTOS & MEDIA

From time to time, Rebel Mystic may photograph or record classes, trainings, workshops, or events for educational and promotional purposes.

​

Unless you notify Rebel Mystic before the event or training begins that you do not wish to be photographed, you grant Rebel Mystic permission to use photographs or video that may include your likeness for marketing, educational, and promotional purposes. Every reasonable effort will be made to honor opt-out requests.

 

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE​

Rebel Mystic reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services when necessary due to inappropriate, abusive, threatening, unsafe, or otherwise disruptive behavior, or when continuing services would not be in the best interest of either party.

 

EVENTS BEYOND OUR CONTROL

If Rebel Mystic must cancel or reschedule a service due to illness, emergency, severe weather, venue issues, or circumstances beyond reasonable control, clients will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

 

AGE REQUIREMENT
Private sessions, coaching, and Reiki training are intended for participants 18 years of age or older unless otherwise approved by Rebel Mystic or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

 

POLICY UPDATES

The most current version of these policies will be posted on the Rebel Mystic website and supersedes all previous versions.
