REIKI ACADEMY
FOR THE CURIOUS. THE CALLED. AND EVERYONE IN BETWEEN.
Why Reiki
There are moments when talking helps.
And there are moments when words just aren't enough.
That's what I love about Reiki.
It meets people exactly where they are - whether they're navigating grief, burnout, stress, or major life transitions, or simply wanting to slow down, reconnect, and listen to themselves a little more.
The more I've practiced Reiki, the more I've fallen in love with it.
It's strengthened my intuition, deepened my trust in myself, and changed the way I show up for the people I work with.
One of my favorite things about Reiki is that it doesn't ask you to choose between traditional care and something more intuitive. It works beautifully alongside therapy, massage, coaching, meditation, and the care you're already receiving.
It's not about replacing anything.
It's about adding another way to support yourself - and the people you love.
I'm honored to help others discover it, too.
Where Do I Start
REIKI LEVEL 1
Learn the foundations of Reiki.
If you've never taken Reiki before, this is where you'll begin. You'll receive your first attunement, learn the history and principles of Reiki, and build the confidence to practice Reiki on yourself, friends, and family.
Whether you're here for your own healing journey or simply curious where Reiki might lead, this is the perfect place to start.
Prerequisite: None
REIKI LEVEL 2
Become a Professional Reiki Practitioner.
Level II is designed for those who want to take Reiki beyond friends and family.
You'll learn the Reiki symbols, distance Reiki, mental and emotional Reiki, and advanced techniques while developing the confidence to offer Reiki professionally, if that path feels right for you.
Prerequisite: Reiki Level I
REIKI MASTER
Refine Your Practice. Strengthen Your Presence.
Master training isn't about collecting another certificate - it's about becoming the practitioner people trust, remember, and recommend.
You'll receive the Master attunement, learn the Master symbols, deepen your intuition, refine your skills, and strengthen your ability to hold space for others with confidence and integrity.
Prerequisite: Reiki Level II
Class dates to be announced soon!
REIKI TEACHER CERTIFICATION
Learn to Teach Reiki with Confidence.
Teaching Reiki is about far more than performing attunements.
You'll learn how to confidently lead classes, support different learning styles, perform attunements, and create a safe, engaging learning experience.
I won't teach you to sound like me. I'll help you become the kind of Reiki teacher that feels authentic to you.
Prerequisite: Reiki Master
Class dates to be announced soon!

FAQs
Do I have to be "spiritual" to learn Reiki?
Not at all. You don't need any spiritual beliefs or experience to benefit from Reiki. Some students come because they're deeply spiritual, while others are simply curious or want to learn a new healing modality. You're welcome exactly as you are.
How long is each training?
Trainings range from a half- to full-day, in-person experience designed to give you plenty of time to learn, practice, ask questions, and receive your attunement.
Can I skip Level 1?
No.
Everyone begins with Level I.
If you've already completed Reiki training with another teacher, you're welcome to continue your Reiki journey here by providing proof of your previous certification.
Will I be able to practice Reiki after Level I?
Yes.
You'll leave with everything you need to confidently begin practicing Reiki on yourself and others.
Ready to Begin?
