Why Reiki
There are moments when talking helps.
And there are moments when words just aren't enough.
That's what I love about Reiki.
It meets people exactly where they are - whether they're navigating grief, burnout, stress, or major life transitions, or simply wanting to slow down, reconnect, and listen to themselves a little more.
The more I've practiced Reiki, the more I've fallen in love with it.
It's strengthened my intuition, deepened my trust in myself, and changed the way I show up for the people I work with.
One of my favorite things about Reiki is that it doesn't ask you to choose between traditional care and something more intuitive. It works beautifully alongside therapy, massage, coaching, meditation, and the care you're already receiving.
It's not about replacing anything.
It's about adding another way to support yourself - and the people you love.

FAQs
Do I have to be "spiritual" to learn Reiki?
Not at all. You don't need any spiritual beliefs or experience to benefit from Reiki. Some students come because they're deeply spiritual, while others are simply curious or want to learn a new healing modality. You're welcome exactly as you are.
How long is each training?
Trainings range from a half- to full-day, in-person experience designed to give you plenty of time to learn, practice, ask questions, and receive your attunement.
Can I skip Level 1?
No.
Everyone begins with Level I.
If you've already completed Reiki training with another teacher, you're welcome to continue your Reiki journey here by providing proof of your previous certification.
Will I be able to practice Reiki after Level I?
Yes.
You'll leave with everything you need to confidently begin practicing Reiki on yourself and others.
