How I Work
I'm not here to hand you a cosmic answer and tell you what to do.
I'm also not going to sit there and ask you how that makes you feel for an hour. 😂
We'll talk. I'll ask questions. I'll challenge you when I think you're getting in your own way. We'll look at the practical reality of what's happening and the intuitive or spiritual layer underneath it.
Sometimes I'll introduce a tool.
Sometimes we'll follow a thread that comes up in conversation.
Sometimes we'll work with intuition, energy, ritual, or an oracle card.
And sometimes we'll just sit with something until you can see it differently.
There isn't one right way to do this.
The work meets you where you are.
Your 3-Session Experience
Three private sessions give us enough space to actually go somewhere with what you're navigating - without committing to months of coaching.
We can follow a simple structure:
Session One: Get clear on what's happening and what you want to explore.
Session Two: Go deeper into the patterns, questions, intuition, or experiences that are coming up.
Session Three: Pull it all together and explore what you want to take with you moving forward.
OR...
You can use the three sessions however you want.
Maybe there's one big thing you want to work through.
Maybe you're navigating a major life transition.
Maybe you want to explore your intuition or spirituality more deeply.
Maybe you have three completely different things you want to talk through.
There's no homework. No curriculum.
