These 30-minute outdoor Reiki sessions are designed for quick yet powerful energetic reset, relaxation, and nervous system support. Each session is a private, 1:1 experience offered in a calm outdoor setting, allowing you to reconnect, release tension, and restore energetic balance in a short, intentional window of time.

Reiki is a gentle, hands-on (or hands-off) energy practice that supports stress relief, emotional regulation, and overall well-being. Sessions are intuitively guided and may help clear stagnant energy, promote grounding, and bring a sense of clarity and ease.

This offering is available one day per month with limited slots. We provide everything you need (headphones, music, blankets, etc.).
