November 21st: Sound Bath at Namaste Yoga

There’s something about sound that words can’t quite explain.

The resonance of the bowls. The way one sound gives way to another. The way the vibrations seem to fill the space around you, drawing your attention away from everything happening outside of it. 😌

For a little while, you get to be somewhere other than the noise of everyday life. No conversations to have, decisions to make, or expectations to meet. Just you, the sound, and whatever the experience brings.
