June 14th @ 2PM: Self-Love Sound Bath

Take some time to intentionally put YOU first, in this self-love-themed sound bath.  In the midst of the usual overcommitting and hustle, we forget to nurture, love, and prioritize ourselves.  So I'd love for you to join me for a calming guided meditation, followed by  deeply restorative sound healing, and concluding with intention jar making to carry the healing energy with you as you return to everyday life!  The jars will be filled with different herbs, crystals, an intention you set for yourself on a slip of paper, and more, and will be a lovely reminder to give yourself as much love and energy as you give everyone else.
