Start your day off right with some nature and sound healing!
Join me for a sunrise sound bath on the grass at the Bell94 Sports Complex Fields. I'll play various instruments to promote deep relaxation, clear stagnant energy, balance energy centers, and help you feel recharged and ready for your day, all while you take in the beauty of the sun rising and the McDowell Mountains!
Bring a yoga mat, blankets, and whatever you need to be comfortable. This is a donation-based sound bath and registration is preferred so I know how many people are coming!
We'll be set up in the north east quadrant of the complex near the lot off of 94th. Please come a few minutes early to find us and get set up.
